Vietnam Airlines Announces New Route to World’s Largest Airport | hoobae

The airline plans to operate five weekly flights for the newly announced direct connection.

Vietnam Airlines currently operates five routes between Vietnam and China. The sixth will be added on March 30, 2025. The national carrier of Vietnam will resume nonstop service between Ho Chi Minh City and Beijing Daxing International Airport. Passengers seeking a direct connection to China’s capital city from southern Vietnam will be able to take advantage of five weekly flights, which will operate every day but Tuesdays and Saturdays. The airline will use an Airbus A321 to transport passengers.

The carrier has also announced an increase in flight frequency between Hanoi and Beijing. From the same date forward, the path above will become a daily occurrence. Aside from the two routes stated, Vietnam Airlines also offers nonstop flights on four other routes: Hanoi-Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh City-Shanghai, Hanoi-Guangzhou, and Ho Chi Minh City-Guangzhou. Once all six routes are operational, the airline will offer 40 weekly flights between the two countries.
